Channels connects people with particular common interests easily and anonymously, via chat. Each channel contains its own self-contained group chat for all subscribed users, creating interesting, like-minded conversations. There's no limit to how many channels you can join, and once you're done with a channel or the conversation, simply unsubscribe.

Notes on Development
This simple and original project was born out of a desire to help people discover, from others around them, more about the city they live in. We wanted to challenge ourselves to ideate, design, build and publish something within a week and the result was the first iteration of Channels. The final product includes push notifications, location services, real-time chat, anonymous accounts and internal & external map integration After a few improvements and feature enhancements and additions, as well as another build for iOS, we published Channels to the Google Play Store and App Store in 2015.
